Is there any warranty for the machine?
The warranty period for the machine purchased is TWO year from the date of purchase. And THREE months for the parts/components.
What does this warranty not cover?
Damage of a product resulting from negligence
Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
Physical Damage caused by incorrect operation
What do customers need to do to get repairs/service under the warranty?
If the product must be in returned in its original packaging, or if the customer can send it in any package
If any documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package
Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Its option during the warranty period, to repair or replace products of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer).
