Warranty and Return

3.Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee,Please inform us of the reason of your order revocation and send us a clear picture or a video as a proof. Items returned to us without a report will not be processed.
4.Warranty will be voided as of:(1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.(3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.
1.Please provide the correct shipping address and contact information, you know, the courier company will return the package after tried to deliver two times. If this occurs and buyer request us to resend the parcel, buyer should be responsible for all the return and resend postage. thank you for your understanding and attention.
2.We are NOT responsible for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost.
