But we don’t offer warranty if customer detach the phone or repaired the phone without permission. Please show me the clear video if you have any after-service problems.

A: Because Different countries have different tax policies. You may be charged custom duties and taxes for something purchased online. Buyers are responsible for custom taxes, our saling price does not include any custom taxes.

A: We usually open the original sealed box to double test and install google play store and multi-language rom, which not support ota (online upgrading software), if you want the sealed box, leave notes when you make orders to remind us, but then you need to install multi-language and google play store by yourself !!)
Notice: We suggest you not restore to factory or root with other version firmware, which may cause data loss or dead of phone, and lose our repair warranty.

Receive parcels:

Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence,If the parcel damaged or empty(stolen),please ask the post office to provide official document ,especially the claim request paper .and please take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything.
